Compensation
We are offering a salary of $60,000-$79,000 plus performance bonuses for this position.

Summary of duties/responsibilities
As a developer, you will analyze, learn, and support existing applications. This requires that you report, track, resolve support issues,
and fix application bugs. You will also lead design and implementation efforts for new applications. This requires that you analyze problems,
develop solutions, perform usability testing, and maintain a development schedule. You will also document application code and processes.
You will adhere to programming standards and follow best practices. You will troubleshoot and fix issues relating to web applications and IIS.
Finally, you will manage client expectations and perform duties for the client such as, creating reports, performing product demonstrations,
collecting metrics, answering service requests, etc., as needed.
Skills required
- Local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Candidate must be able to work on premises. Telecommuting is NOT an option.
- Authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship is NOT an option.
- 4 year degree in CS/CE/IS/MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to analyze projects and provide accurate estimates for design and implementation.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Ability to collaborate in teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- 2+ years experience with Web technologies:
- C#, Java, PHP, Perl, or Ruby On Rails
- SQL Server, MySQL, PostGRE SQL, or Oracle
- IIS6 and Windows 2003 Server
- HTML/XHTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS
- Knowledge in OO programming methodologies.
- Knowledge of information architecture, usability, and visual design principles.
- Knowledge of W3C standards and best practices.
